Operator / Technician (Fitter/ Electrician) – Probationer -> 50% marks in Madhyamik or equivalent examination and Trade Certificate (ITI) - 02 years duration / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) - 03 years duration / National Trade Certificate (NTC) comprising of 01 (one) year Broad Base Basic Training with Certificate of Advanced Module of 06 (six) months duration and Certificate of Specialized Module for 06 (six) months duration i.e. total period of 02 years in Fitter / Electrician Trade under NCVT from any recognized Industrial Training Institute in the trade of Fitter / Electrician respectively.
Assistant Sub Inspector (Security) -> Ex-Servicemen having Higher Secondary (Class XII Board) qualification with at least 5 (five) years service in regular Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of India and includes BSF, CISF and ITBP only. Besides above, experience of looking into Industrial Security at any Central PSU, State PSU will be preferred.
Staff Nurse -> Higher Secondary (Class XII Board) and having Degree in Nursing / Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from any institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidates having at least 01 (One) year working experience in OT and inpatient department at any Government Hospital will be preferred.
Operation & Maintenance Supervisor - Probationer -> At least 60% marks in Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (03 years full time course) from any institute recognized by the AICTE.
Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil) - Probationer -> At least 60% marks in Diploma in Civil Engineering (03 years full time course) from any institute recognized by the AICTE.
Security Officer -> Ex Servicemen having Graduate Degree in any discipline from any university recognized by the UGC with at least 5 yrs service in regular Army, Navy or Air Force of the Union of India and includes BSF, CISF and ITBP only, not below the rank of Lieutenant / Assistant Commandant. Experience in Industrial security in an Executive position at any Central PSU, State PSU will be preferred.
Assistant Manager (PS) -Probationer -> B. E. / B. Tech (4 Yrs fulltime) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Control & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication Engineering from any recognized university or reputed Institute approved by the AICTE having at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. Candidates having completed 05 yrs. integrated M.E. / M. Tech courses having 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the above disciplines, as applicable are also eligible to apply.
Assistant Manager (Civil) - Probationer -> B. E. / B. Tech (4 Yrs fulltime) in Civil / Construction Engineering from any recognized university or reputed Institute approved by the AICTE having at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. Candidates having completed 05 yrs. integrated M.E. / M. Tech courses having at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the above disciplines, as applicable are also eligible to apply.
Assistant Manager (HR&A) - Probationer -> Graduate in any discipline with at least 60% marks in MBA (2 years full time) / MPM (2 years full time) / MHRM (2 years full time) / Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma (2 years full time) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (IR) / Human Resource (HR) from an University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE.
Assistant Manager (F&A) - Probationer -> Graduate Degree in any discipline having passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA / FCA) or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA / FCMA).
Medical Officer -> MBBS from any medical college in India recognized by the Medical Council of India, having completed 01 (one) year internship. Diploma in Industrial / Occupational Health from any Institute or University approved by the Medical Council of India or AIFH awarded by CLI / RLI, Govt. of India is desirable.
Assistant Teacher -> Honours graduate having at least 50% marks in Honours subject from any university recognized by the UGC having either of the desired pass subjects as mentioned against each below (refer Table) along with Degree in Bachelor of Education (B. Ed). Candidates applying for Post Graduate grade pay must have secured at least 50% marks both at Graduate level (Honours Subject) and Post Graduate level in the respective subject along with Degree in Bachelor of Education (B. Ed).
Note: Part time courses / courses undertaken through Distance mode / degrees from Open Universities / sandwich courses shall not be considered.
Application Fee: General and OBC candidates are required to apply paying non-refundable Application Fees of ₹ 300/-. No fee for SC / ST / EC / PWD / eligible WBPDCL Contractors' workers and WBPDCL Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fees. All applicable commission levied by the banker is to be remitted by the candidate. The make payment of application fee using either Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking through SBI Collect. State Bank of India (SBI) has been authorized to collect the application fee through SBI Collect facility only. Candidates would be required to fill in some basic details like Name of the applicant, Date of Birth, Position applied for, Application No. etc before making the payment transaction.
