The 1st two point of AutoCAD Ellipse define the position and length of first(major) axis. The 3rd point determine the distance between center of AutoCAD Ellipse and End point of second (minor)axis.
To Create an AutoCAD Ellipse:

Axis Endpoint
Defines the first(major) axis by clicking two endpoints or by providing start point and length of axis in specific direction. The given axis may define the major or minor axis of AutoCAD Ellipse.
Defines the second axis using the distance from the midpoint of the first axis to the endpoint of the second axis .
AutoCAD elliptical Arc.
To Create an AutoCAD elliptical arc.
The angle of 1st axis determine angle of AutoCAD elliptical arc.
The 1st two point of the AutoCAD elliptical arc determines the position and length of the 1st axis. The 3rd point determine the length between the center of AutoCAD elliptical arc and the Endpoint of 2nd axis. The 4th and 5th points are start and end angle.

Start Angles
Defines the 1st point of AutoCAD elliptical arc. The Start Angles option changes Parameter to Angle .
Parameters
Require angle input, but create AutoCAD elliptical arc using the following parameter vector equations for the angles of each endpoints:
p(angles) = c + a * cos(angles) + b * sin(angles)
where c is the center of AutoCAD Ellipse and a and b are length of its major axis and minor axes.
- End Parameters:Define end angles of the AutoCAD elliptical arc by using a parametric vectors equations. The Start Parameters options toggle from Angles mode to Parameters mode.
- Angles:Define the end angles of AutoCAD elliptical arc. The Angles options toggle from Parameters mode to Angles modes.
- Included Angles:Define an included angles begins at start angles.
Ellpise Center
Creates an AutoCAD elliptical arc with a center point, endpoints of 1st axis, and the lengths of the 2nd axis. You can give the distance by picking a position at distance or by giving a value for the lengths.

Define the 2nd axis as distance from center of AutoCAD elliptical arc, or centerpoint of the 1st axis, to point you pick.
Isocircle
Create an isometric AutoCAD circle in the isometric drawing.
Note: The Iso-circle option is available only when ISO-DRAFT is set to an iso-plane, or the snap/grid option is set to Isometric type.
Radius
Creates a iso-circle using a radius you want.
